Roof Fans, Roof Type Fan Models

The roof fan is used as an aspirator by connecting with the air or directly mounted. In roof type fans, the propeller belonging to the fan is mounted directly with the tongue of the motor. The motion energy produced in the electric motor is transmitted to the propeller without loss. Roof fan is divided into two different types, vertically or horizontally. It is also used in the hood system because it is excluding the sparse blades in the fan and the air flow with the electric motor. It is used to transfer light to medium density parts.

What are the Usage Areas of Roof Type Fans?

Roof type fans are used in elevator and stair pressurization processes in factory areas without any connection with the air duct. In the centers where foodstuffs or textile electronic products are stored, it also provides an economical and fast ventilation process. It is known to be used in systems such as warehouse, office, kitchen and hood with air duct connection. It is placed at the top of the central ventilation duct in collective housing projects, thus increasing the performance to a higher level.

Roof type fans have a compact structure. They are known as sought after products to save space. In particular, vertical roof fans allow the coke-loaded air to reach a higher level. It works with high efficiency together with the coupled fan system. It is used comfortably in usage areas with hot air transfer.

What are the Roof Type Fan Features?

Roof type fans are generally made by using painted sheet metal on galvanized steel. The impellers of the fan are backward and inclined, and the blades are rarely used. The electric motor is supplied with 220 and 380 volts. With the help of the cooling wheel, the heat in the body is removed from the motor. The fans are manufactured with both vertical and horizontal air discharge. In both horizontal or vertical fans, the motors are located in a private and sheltered place.

What are Roof Type Fan Models?

The roof fan, also known as the ceiling fan, is known as a ventilation area that throws the hot air out and regulates the heat level between the building and the attic. The models of roof fans are as follows; ECRDA, ECRDM, EKCT, ECAD, ECRD. The features of these roof fans can be explained as follows:

ECDRA

The horizontally discharged roof fan shows high performance and works smoothly for the purpose of ventilation of the environment in closed areas. Since the motor is outside of the air flow, it shows the ability to work even at high levels.

ECRDM

Horizontal throw fan in a special hat structure is used for the ventilation of indoor environments.

ECTT

It is used in roof pressure and roof type fan, smoke exhaust fan and fresh air fan application. It also ensures that the toxic gases brought by the jet fans are discharged as needed. They can adjust the wing angles and thus they can be requested according to the needs. Optionally, it works uninterruptedly for about 2 hours at temperatures of 200 to 300 degrees.

ECAD

The roof fan with a dome cap and horizontal throw is used for the purpose of supplying fresh air to the environment, as well as for the purpose of sucking the air with the help of its axial propeller.

ECRD

It is known that the horizontal throw roof fan has a low sound level in order to increase the quality level of the indoor air. It shows the feature of working without any problem in the areas where the performance should be high.

ERF Group provides services for all kinds of roof fans. It is divided according to varieties and models and offers quality products.
